  Accurate Registration Information

You must keep your account information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

  Account Security

  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fbf77 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fbf77 support immediately.

  Account Verification (KYC)

This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by fbf77 may be suspended, and withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending verification completion.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fbf77 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Clause 3.1

  Deposit Methods and Minimums

  Withdrawal Processing

  Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 4 hours under normal operating conditions. fbf77 does not guarantee processing times and reserves the right to extend processing periods during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.   Withdrawal Eligibility

  Withdrawals may only be requested from funds that have been deposited by the account holder and are not subject to active wagering requirements.   Currency and Fees

  All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fbf77 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on transactions via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. fbf77 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Bonuses and Promotions

• Clause 4.1

  Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion will state its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, account verification status, and geographic restrictions. fbf77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by an eligible player.

  Wagering Requirements

  Free Spins

  Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements on winnings generated from free spin play. Free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money directly. Winnings from free spins become real-money balance only once applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

Gameplay and Fair Use

  Voluntary Account Closure

  You may request the closure of your fbf77 account at any time by contacting support. Limitation of Liability
